The article covers the launch of Peh Shing Huei’s newest children’s book, Pineapple, Let’s Roll! at The POD @ National Library Board on 11 July 2024. In his speech, Peh shared more about the real-life members of President Tharman Shanmugaratnam’s campaign team (also known as Team Tharman), who inspired characters in the book. Singapore’s Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh also graced the event as the Guest-of-Honour, and delivered an insightful speech on 2023’s presidential election.
