Shawn is a journalist and editor with more than 15 years of experience covering workforce trends, human resources, business leadership, and broadcast media. He was head of content development at HRM Asia, where he led editorial strategy and curated content for flagship regional events including HR Tech Festival Asia. He has also held senior editorial roles at Asia-Pacific Broadcasting and Mediacorp. Before pursuing journalism, Shawn served with the Singapore Police Force. He is a communications graduate from RMIT University.
