The Nutgraf is now an appointed panel partner for the SGX-MAS Value Unlock Programme (Equip).

 

This initiative, jointly led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and SGX Group, helps listed companies close the gap between intrinsic value and market valuation.

 

That gap is often a communication gap.

 

Many companies under-tell their equity story. The numbers are there. The strategy is strong. But the narrative connecting them for investors often isn’t. Good investor relations isn’t about producing more disclosure, it’s about giving the market a clear, credible account of where value comes from, and where it’s going.

 

Under this appointment, The Nutgraf will work with listed companies to sharpen that narrative, helping C-suite leaders, IR teams and communications professionals translate strategy and financial performance into messaging investors can act on.

 

We’ll be delivering the training together with Aaron Low and Peh Shing Huei, alongside training partner Ee Rong Chong, a communications and IR professional and board advisor with experience across listed companies, capital markets and private capital.

The co-author of Lee Ek Tieng: The Green General of Lee Kuan Yew spoke about Lee’s unique leadership style and how it enabled him to transform Singapore in to the clean and green city it is today.

Peh Shing Huei was featured on Channel 8’s live GE2025 segments on Nomination Day and Polling Day to provide his insights. He also made appearances on newspaper Shin Min Daily and radio station Capital 958 commenting on GE2025.

The news segment reported on the book launch of Lee Ek Tieng: The Green General of Lee Kuan Yew held on February 27, 2025 at The POD @ National Library Board. The book launch, organised by the Nutgraf team, was attended by Minister for Sustainability and the Environment Grace Fu and former GIC Group Chief Investment Officer Ng Kok Song.

Lee Ek Tieng: The Green General of Lee Kuan Yew also made it to No. 1 on the Straits Times Bestsellers List for two weeks in a row, and No. 3 for one week.

A book review on the title was published in The Straits Times on 11 May 2025.

Writers Samantha Boh and Matthew Gan also spoke about the book as guests on the Historyogi podcast.

Editor Aaron Low and Boardroom Knockout were mentioned in The Straits’ Times Wong Kim Hoh Meets column’s article and video. These feature David Gerald, SIAS Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and the last 25 years of SIAS protecting the rights of minority shareholders.

The article covers the launch of the Chinese edition of Strictly Business: The Kwek Leng Beng Story, on September 26, 2024 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. The launch was attended by author Peh Shing Huei.
